I'm sureは「私は～だと確信している」の意味ですので、it is tureの方がいいと思います。
同様の理由でTo my disappointmentはunfortunatelyやit is a pityなどと言い換えてください。
stresses of city lifeは「都会生活というストレス」のニュアンスがしなくもないので、stress from city life「都会生活からくるストレス」、またstress caused by city lifeなどとしていだたけると無難。
have tree branches broken and their trashes left behindですが、これは素直にbreak tree branches off and their [trash/ rubbish/ garbage] behindとしてやると無難です。
as thoughは「まるで」の意味ですのでthoughだけで結構です。

前置詞に迷ったら過去分詞+byの形にするのは使えそうです。
全体的に単数形と複数形のどちらを使うかにも悩まされました。

ところで解答例だと (元気になる), although (自然に迷惑) の順序になってますね。
よく習う語順とは逆だと思うんですが、しかし実際にはこの一見逆の順序になる接続詞は多いですよね。
